A painful physical sensation draws your attention, lingering for a few moments or days.  Weeks or months later, the sensation is now muscular or nerve pain demanding that your pay attention to your body’s needs. In this workshop we will learn some simple exercises that can be accomplished at the desk. Learn how a few moments or minutes can give you a “timeout” and help prevent chronic pain.
